RAHA Gilsonite Co. is a member of RAHA Group and a supplier of gilsonite and natural bitumen to customers in more than 100 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. We own and operate our own mines, refining units and pulverizing facilities, which means we control quality from the seam to the container rather than reselling someone else’s material.

Direct mine ownership

We own and operate our mines in Kermanshah, one of the world’s two major sources of natural gilsonite. That gives us control over quality, cost and supply continuity rather than dependence on third-party producers. When a batch does not meet specification, we know why and we can fix it.

Ready cargo year-round

Our storage silos hold over 10,000 MT of finished product at all times, which means short lead times rather than waiting on a production run. For buyers with a project schedule to keep, that matters more than price.

Custom specifications

We produce gilsonite powder in any mesh size and adjust ash content, softening point and particle size to match your formulation. Low-ash grades under 5 percent are available for drilling fluids and other high-performance applications where ash content governs.

Testing before loading

Every shipment is laboratory tested before it leaves, and the certificate of analysis states the lot number, production date and each measured result against the standard your contract names. Independent inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or a surveyor you nominate is available on request.

Honest technical advice

If the grade you have specified is wrong for your climate, substrate or application, we say so before you order rather than after the cargo arrives. Our grades overview and the individual product pages publish the selection logic openly rather than holding it back for enquiries.

COA, TDS, MSDS, packing list and all required export certificates accompany every order. FCL and LCL shipments are both handled, with our logistics team coordinating delivery to any port worldwide.
